Salary Band K SCP 28-31 (FTE £36,648 to £39,186) Actual - £32,471 to £34,720
 
Our client is a family of 17 schools across Warwickshire and Worcestershire, all part of the Archdiocese of Birmingham. They aim to create new ways of working as people from across different schools with unique skills and a wide range of experiences come together to provide the highest quality of education for every child and young person we serve.
 
They are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support their expanding organisation with brand management, the implementation of marketing, public relations, and promotion strategy to continue to increase pupil numbers within our large group of schools. The role requires a mix of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to execute marketing and communication initiatives.
 
This is a full time, term time only plus 2 weeks position (40 weeks per year), based at Leamington Spa and/or Alcester. The successful candidate will mentor the marketing apprentice that they have in place and work across their schools with their skilled team of leaders to promote the multi academy.  Reporting into the central team, this new role is key to the organisation as they continue to develop and grow within challenging times for the education sector.
