Full Time Nursery Teaching Assistant - Pangbourne, Berkshire
Hours: full-time 08:00 - 17:00 flexibility to stay until 18:00 as needed. Term time only
 
Our client is a flourishing, forward thinking co-educational IAPS prep school for children aged
3-13 years, which provides a broad and balanced education within a unique setting. They provide a unique family feel, with small classes, dedicated and enthusiastic teachers, and experiences catered to enable every child to thrive.
 
They are currently looking to appoint a passionate Early Years practitioner to work in their expanding nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join their outstanding nursery team who share a passion for outdoor learning. The right person could be qualified (level 2 or 3) or unqualified but willing to learn and show initiative. Paramount is a love for working with young children, be able to follow their interests and share in the wonder of new discoveries.
 
Your main duties will be to assist in planning and carry out age-appropriate activities for children aged rising 3 to 4 years old. To ensure the health and safety of the children is maintained during all activities, in both the inside and outside learning environments. To assist with the day-to-day running of the Nursery including key worker, pastoral care, administrative duties and supporting children's development in the core and prime areas of learning.
