Summer Holiday Contract (1st July - 16th August 2025)
Salary: £34,000 per annum, pro rata (which equates to £4,970 for training + the six-week summer school period) plus Accommodation.

They run summer courses in Oxford and online, as well as online internships and conferences throughout the year.
 
At the summer school, they aim to transform their students' ambitions and their thinking in just two weeks. For students this is not just a summer school; it's the most memorable summer of their lives.

They have a vacancy this summer for a Matron for the Summer holidays. The Matron's role provides a significant and important contribution to the overall welfare of the pupils. The role also includes being the first point of call, as first aider, if a student is feeling unwell, liaising closely with the Pastoral team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join the organisation and a competitive rate of pay is on offer commensurate with this important role.
 
They are looking for a Matron who is willing to throw themselves into the experience, actively participating in the programme to give the students a memorable experience. The role requires working six days in seven. This is a residential role, and onsite accommodation will be provided.
