School Caretaker / Assistant to Site Manager - Colchester, Essex
Permanent - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Minimum Salary: Scale 4 LGS £24,294 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of the country's leading selective schools, (awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade), to work within its Site team.
 
Our client is looking to appoint a committed and reliable Caretaker/Assistant to the Site Manager on a permanent contract, working 52 weeks per year within their busy and friendly school Site Department.
 
The successful applicant will be hard-working, self-motivated, flexible and professional. The role will be supporting the smooth running of the site team and the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of first line repairs and maintenance.  Working with the Site Manager and other site staff on a range of caretaking duties including porterage, security and proactive management of the site.
