School Nurse - Abingdon, Oxon
To Start: April 2025, Term time only
£30k to £33k depending on skills and experience
 
Our client, situated in the heart of Oxfordshire, is a renowned independent, co-educational, preparatory day school of almost 400 pupils aged 2-11.
 
It has a wonderfully happy, creative atmosphere where each individual is challenged, cherished and inspired to reach their potential. Every child is encouraged to do their best, resulting in outstanding results academically, on the sports field and in the creative and performing arts.
 
They are seeking to appoint a School Nurse to work term time and INSET days from 22 April 2025.  The working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday Term Time and INSET.  This role will also include 9 additional days to be worked during the school holidays as agreed with the Line Manager.
 
The salary for this role is £30k to £33k depending on skills and experience.
 
The successful candidate will be a Qualified / Registered Nurse with up to date NMC registration.  You will have experience of providing medical care for children and experience of developing and implementing medical policies/processes (including Care Plans).
